I just placed an order; when will it ship?
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Once shipped, the average delivery time is 2–3 days. Tracking numbers will be updated 1–2 days after your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received a tracking number after 3 business days, please contact us at sales@skzilla.com.
I’m not happy with my order; can I return it? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or the incorrect size. In these cases, we will refund your payment minus the return shipping fee. Please ensure your name and order number are included inside the return package.
Please note:
In-transit orders: If your package is already on its way, you must wait for it to arrive before initiating a return/refund.
Customized items: Custom orders are non-refundable.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes! You can request an exchange within 1 day of receiving your order. To initiate this, we will schedule a pickup with our courier. Once the courier has collected the item, notify us, and we will provide you with a credit code for a new order.
Note: The credit amount will be the original price minus a 175 LE fee, which covers the courier’s return shipping and restocking.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Once inspected and approved, we will refund the item’s price, minus a 175 EGP return and restocking fee.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order with no penalty, provided it has not yet shipped. If the item has already been dispatched, please follow our standard return process to receive a refund.
I entered the wrong address; what should I do?
If you have misspelled or provided an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately or contact us at sales@skzilla.com. We can update your address within 24 hours of the order being placed. We cannot offer refunds for incorrect addresses after this 24-hour window.
How do I care for my leather bracelets?
To keep your leather in top condition, please avoid contact with:

Chlorine, bleach, and harsh cleaning materials
Saltwater and hot tubs
Important Note on Moisture: We recommend removing your bracelet before swimming or showering, as excessive moisture and chemicals can damage the material. If your bracelet becomes damp due to sweat or humidity, wipe it down with a soft, dry cloth and allow it to air dry naturally in a cool, shaded area. Avoid using hair dryers or placing it in direct sunlight, as high heat can cause the leather to crack or stiffen.
